Welcome to the REF Education Studio at our Head Office in central Stockholm and our two-day deep dive into our REF Colour line led by our Head Of Global Education, Jenny Eklund. This two-day class includes theory and workshops to help you gain more confidence when choosing your shades, creating trending formulas and, of course, hands-on experience. Have you been working with REF Colour for a while? Have you just got started, or are you just about to begin? – Perfect! This two-day class is for you and will provide the solid foundation needed within REF Colour system.

Day 1 - REF Colour Intro

Here you will be guided through our entire REF Colour system. A combination of theory and creative workshops will make this day the perfect start to the two-day course.

  • Overview of our colour technologies and how the shade families are structured
  • Essential colour theory
  • Creative workshops designed to translate theory into practical use

Day 2 - REF Colour Re-Connect

Our next-level introduction to REF Colour. Learn how to be more creative with our colour and design trending formulas by mixing our shades. Of course, we will also cover when to choose the right colour tool for your desired end result. This day consists of half theory/look & learn and half hands-on.

Two days of focused learning, practical application and creative development.

You will gain a clear understanding of the REF Colour system, learn how to approach formulation with structure, and work with greater confidence using our shades and tools.

Expect practical techniques you can apply directly in the salon, guided by Jenny - all leading to your REF Colourist Certificate.

A professional and focused experience designed to strengthen your work with REF Colour.

After completing the course, you will receive your REF Colourist Certificate.
